Belly dance and Brezn workshop

Event Description

You are welcome to this belly dance and Brezn workshop.

Katherine have been a dancer for the last 20 years and an eclectic-style bellydancer and performer for the last 10. She loves both to teach and learn this art form, which encourages community, confidence, and a lot of fun!
 
This is the plan for the belly dance workshop:
 
-gentle stretches and an introductory chat about what bellydance is and how to begin.
-learning some basics about dance posture, moves, and techniques
-blending those into a combo, which we will drill a few times (so you can remember it for a night out!)
- brief cool down and then refreshments
 
Coin belts and hip scarves will be provided to borrow (or feel free to bring your own).
 
After Katherines belly dance workshop you can see how the famouse Brezn is made. The evening will end with a snak: Brezn, butter, cream cheese, Obazda German cheese dish and chicken frikadeller. German beer will be served, the first one is on us. :)

Note: the food and one beer, are included in the price.
